ŠTEFAN

A PERSON LIVES ONLY ONCE, BUT IF THEY LIVE THEIR LIFE NICELY AND HAPPILY, THAT IS QUITE ENOUGH

Steven Karak is a 74-year-old retiree who never loses his smile and continues to engage in sports with the vigor of someone 50 years younger. In the past, he faced health issues that led him to realize it wasn’t time to give up and wait for what life might bring. Taking control of his fate, he began exercising, and physical activity helped him overcome his challenges. As a result, he took up running and continues to run to this day.

He participates in various running events and has even competed multiple times in the prestigious UTMB (Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc). Our film “Štefan” focuses on his most recent participation, showcasing his incredible journey and resilience.

By purchasing the movie for 1 euro, you support this project. Our goal is to make one film every year about inspiring athletes from Slovakia who do not give up and participate in world competitions.
